Visit us at the iconic red Roundhouse at the Franklin County Fairgrounds
The Franklin County Fair bills itself as the oldest continuously operating county fair in America. Started in 1848, 2021 will mark the 172nd occurrence of the Fair.
FCBA has its recently remodeled bee booth in the historic Roundhouse Barn. FCBA members proudly display their honey and bee products hoping to win prized blue ribbons for “Best of Show” products.
FCBA members can also sell their honey and bee products to Fair attendees. September 8-11, 2022
The 174th Franklin County Fair is a couple of weeks away! September 5-18, 2024
Good Day, fellow Bee People!
Thank you to those who signed up to work the Bee Booth at the Franklin County Fair, themed 'Thrills for YOU in 2024!'
BEE BOOTH STAFFING: We have just six slots to fill and hope you can make some time to help. Please CLICK HERE to sign up.
PRIZE BASKET: We need some smaller items to fill out the bountiful basket - honey, jelly/jam, candles, soaps. Thanks to many members' generosity, both this year and last, we have many items already! Our Bee Basket Raffle is always one of the most popular things in the Roundhouse and is one of our best fundraisers!
SELLING PRODUCT AT THE FAIR: Sales in the Bee Booth are brisk and popular. If you plan to sell the product, it must be delivered on Wednesday, September 4, 4:00 - 7:00 pm, to prepare inventory sets before the fair opens on Thursday.
